Is there a mod that allows me to skip the intro part of the game?

I'm going to start a game from scratch after I redownload the game from Steam but I don't want to start the game from the very beginning. Is there a mod that will allow me to skip the tutorial?

Heh ok guys. Thanks! I just want something that will start me outside of the same cave. I don't mind where it begins. I just don't want to go through the chore of the tutorial again
