Door to access megaton

Hi there,

 

I have two requests, they are both fairly simple:

 

1. If somebody could make a mod for those who have destroyed megaton which is like a door or manhole next to the ruins which transports the PC into the real megaton cell

 

2. Could somebody also tell me the console command to access the megaton cell
