Annoying habits

Hey,
would you kindly remove from the "new recently" category the mods of people that just updated the description to the current day, to just figure inside the new recently categories?
I fail to understand why one would do as such for a mod that is 4-5-6 years old, if not to have (and annoy) more visitors.

I fail to understand why one would do as such for a mod that is 4-5-6 years old, if not to have (and annoy) more visitors.

There are a number of reasons why someone might do this: updating links, removing broken links, linking to related mods or compatibility patches, adding a video, revising or clarifying a description, adding or updating instructions on using the mod with other mods... You get the idea.
