fallout saves and mods used with them

basicly my computer crashed :(

I lost almost all my fallout 3 data but i managed to recover my saves and im rather fond of them.

But the catch is i cant use them as i use alot of mods in them, so i get the messege that things wont work and when i play it and wont load as i dont have the mods required.

So does anyone know a program or a way of finding out the names of the mods used from the saves as it must be there somwhere or it would not be able to tell if it were missing mods.
