Resurrection Item

This is just a suggestion. I've recently been playing fable 2 and thought that it might be cool if there was an item that makes you come back to life if you get killed.

I guess it could work if you made the player essential if you were holding the item, and if you die, you remove the item and make them non-essential again.

I don't know if it is possible to do something like this, but if anyone could, that would be great!

 

P.S. Sorry if someone has already suggested something like this. :pinch:

Sounds possible. I'll see what I can do. :] Not sure if the player can be essential though. It might work with

The player can certainly be essential, and there are mods that do it, although I find the camera doesn't always reset from it's sunken position with an essential character, so it's better not to die.

 

Also, there are mods that allow you to reutrn from the dead, if that helps. I can look for them, if you like.

The easiest thing would be to set a 'lower than' percentage and let them regain full health by then, with the effect you're knocked down of course.

skycaptains Never Die Mod works like this you get an item called a soul beacon and when you die you are rezzed next to the beacon. if you dont have a beacon you go to a random oblivion gate realm and have to destroy it to get out.
