ghrims Posted April 12, 2010 Share Posted April 12, 2010 Hi i recently reformatted my PC and im trying to get back all my old fallout 3 mods, i've gotten most of them back already but the one im REALLY looking for i cant for the life of me remember its name. It added several items that i could put OVER my armor like harness and shoulder pads, and i remember that i could get it from a mailbox outside of megaton.
