Game Control Mods/Programs?

Are there any mods or programs out there that will change my "look" controls to a keyboard command - like, say, the arrow keys? The reason I ask is because I'm disabled and don't have full use of my hands. Using a regular mouse is difficult, so I generally just use the keyboard for all my games.

Have you tried a trackball? When I developed RSI in my right wrist I switched to a trackball. Now I prefer it over a regular mouse.
