FOMM load order need help

hi guys......ummm im not really sure where and what order im supposed to put my mods in...but i must be doing somthing wrong because i keeps crashing and i know its down to the load order because it does it right at the start...and im guessing my load order is pretty messy and untidy...so i am asking if anyone can help me out with fixing it...here it is :

At the start as in before you load or start a game? If so try unchecking the latest mods you have installed until it launches. Then you know which one is crashing the game. I have had several mods do this to me despite other users using the mod just fine. (CS_lightsabers is one)

That would certainly be a problem wouldn't it? I was assuming they were all checked but if none are I think that would be the answer. :D

yeah some of them are checked...and some are not...in this one i actually forgot to tick them again...because i was trying to sort it out...but no success...so any ideas?

crashing before you can load a game usually means a missing master - triple check that all your mods have all their required mods loaded before them

 

crashing after you load a game before you can play it = bad save --- load another one or start a new game

 

crashing when you start a new game = something wrong with your computer or your game set-up - check that your computer meets minimum requirements for this game - then delete your fallout3.ini file in your game saves area (not the fallout3.default.ini found elsewhere)

 

of course, these are only guesses based on the information you have provided.

It is one of your mods assuming the game launches with no mods active. If it worked before, it should be a mod you added recently, start by disabling the newest mods and see if it launches. There is no easy fix here, you should always add one mod at a time and test it before adding more to prevent this sort of thing. ;)

FYI...I just re-downloaded the lightsaber mod and it now works. I am guessing I had a corrupted download the first time so if you can identify the mod that is crashing you can always try re-downloading and seeing if it works after that.
