Please help me fix my skyrim

So after trying a clean install my skyrim still won't work after someone suggested I get a papryus log and lost it here but there is no way I can post the whole thing because it is was longer then i think it should be so i will post some of the first line any help is appreciated and I am thankful. I can also add any more if needed.

While I didn't follow that guide I followed another one fro ma video I found basically I cleared out and uninstalled everything before i reinstalled it

Did you get the stuff out of the My Games folder as well? (that is where the various ini files, and save games are stored.)

Yeh I followed a video and wiped jsut about but the registry
