vector24 Posted July 30, 2014 Posted July 30, 2014 (edited) Not quite sure what's causing this and after uninstalling most of my texture mods and reinstalling to no avail I come to the forums again for help. So here's my problem http://imgur.com/pdkmt1a,aopBBIJ#0 there's a second image too in the link look for second image. These images are in Anise's cabin inside the cellar...........cell. I have a few texture mods (HD DLC textures, 2k textures, CoT but I don't think that adds textures... Static Mesh Improvement Mod, Ultra HD textures, aMiridan, Vivid landscapes dungeons and cliffs and creeks) but after uninstalling all but 2k textures I'm still getting the problem. Anyone know if this is a common thing with a texture mod or if there's anyway of pinpointing this? I also am running Skyrim Project Optimization but that should only mess with things outside the visible cell.Any help/guesses/theories/Astrology and or Taror readings for my problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Edited July 30, 2014 by vector24
GazzTempest Posted July 30, 2014 Posted July 30, 2014 This is merely a water texture. it is on the table because it is in the way of the floor where it should be. It is not a problem on your end, just poor placement on the part of Bethesda, especially the big piece.
vector24 Posted July 31, 2014 Author Posted July 31, 2014 Dear God that's a relief. I'm on my third fresh install this week. I'm curious though I have real water 2 installed is that why it's black? At this point I'm more curious than anything but thank you so much for the reply. I probably would've lost it if I had to reinstall again.
GazzTempest Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 The texture is not effected by your water mod, that changes pieces called water planes, which are animated with the water flow and such. The puddle textures are just a flat piece of detail like blood. I have the big black nasty bit too :)
