Higher than level 100?

Hi, new to this forum and i was wondering somthing. I have a mod that lets you level up properly to level 100, and i want to know if there was some sort of text or line of code i could change to make the max level for the mod be 200, because i downloaded a very large perk pack, and i wont be able to get the 100+ perks in without my level cap being at 150 or 200. Think different. There's a mod that sets you back to 20 (or 30 for Broken Steel) every time you level up, while allowing you to keep your skills and perk.
