Sithis being the "lord of darkness" is a gross oversimplification. Sithis is the primordial chaos that made the universe. The Thalmor want to get rid of all traces of Sithis, which include Daedra, Lorkhan, Lorkhan's incarnations (Talos, the Underking, Pelinal, etc.), and humans.

So, everyone including themselves, except Khajiit and the Argonians?

I've come to the conclusion that Ulfric has struck some sort of deal with Hermaeus Mora. Reasoning as follows:

1. Guards make the comment "he nearly shouted him to pieces"

2. The 3 unrelenting force shouts together do "not" have that potential.

3. The black book gives the option for unrelenting force..."May disintegrate your opponent"

4. Hermaeus Mora has a thing for powerful people who can shout. Player, Miraak.

5. Greybeards make no mention of training Ulfric...who did? They deliberately ignored his shout but immediately responded to the players. Some outside factor is involved.

Shouting Torygg to pieces is Imperial propaganda. Ulfric does know Master Arngeir. The Greybeards do not respond to people who can Shout; they respond to people with dragon souls. All Nords can learn to Shout, but those with dragon souls learn it at a much faster rate, mainly by stealing it from dragons.

The guards exaggerate the story, it's part of the suspension of disbelief.

Ulfric himself claims that it wasn't his shout what killed Torygg, it was the sword piercing his chest. Ulfric was an apprentice of the Greybeards before he left to fight at the Great war, which means he had time to maybe master one or two shouts (but since he only uses unrelenting force lets assume its just one) but he chose to fight for his country over the Way of the Voice and he left High Hrothgar, it's only logical that the Greybeards wouldn't want to speak of him.

Join to Ulfrik! Shatter the Imperi! Than elfs destroy Skyrim and Merethic Era will return!

Ulfric just a coward: why, if he so heroic and "cool guy", does not died or heavely injured on Great War? May be he just stand after his own soldiers, looking for battlefield from his tent?

General Tullius is true veteran of War, just look on his armor - cut off with swords. His soldiers respecting him by his tactical genius: he do not throw his soldiers on bayonets (how does Ulfric, just remember how he captured Markarth. Which tactic was? The answer - MASS KILL!MORE BLOOD!), runs with them into battle in the forefront.

But may be Stormcloaks might be are more friendly to survived Blades, because their interests are same and Ulfric can make them as titular guards, to creat an impression on sympathizers to Blades on territory of Skyrim and beyond. Remains of Blade are few, but i have seen in tavern "Nightgate Inn" an oldman Fultheim with blade's katana; may be he one of remain Blades, who knows...

English is either not his first language, or he might be dislexic. I've encountered both situations. Anyways, from what I can understand, he's basically saying Ulfric's a coward, and saying Tullius is a true hero with actual war experience. Funny though, considering the empire lost the war with the Thalmor, and to keep on being a thing, they signed a treaty. The empire of Tamriel are pretty much likely going the same route of the roman empire of reality's history. I think soon they might fall to the people that they had deemed barbarians. I feel I wouldn't really have much of a problem with Tullius, it's just that he's on a side covered in corruption; 1 that also on the basis of an era tries to kill nirns latest savior.
