wolfdominance909
Hi there. I have just started to get into creating mods using, Nifskop, blender, and the GECK. I am currently working on a few custom meshed weapons. I have imported the .nif to the model selection in GECK for my custom weapon. For some odd reason, everythin works fine until i pick up the gun. When the gun is dropped on the floor, my custom model becomes visible, but when i pick it up and equip, the model returns to it's original vanilla model. It's a strange problem, but i would like to know what im doing wrong. please help me out with this one, it's confusing the heck outta me

KiCHo666
There are 2 meshes for each weapon. One is the static model, 1st picture. The second is the world model with havok. So you'll need to change both of them in order for everything to look correctly. wolfdominance909
Thanks for your reply, KiCH0666. so all i have to do is use that same .nif file for the Static model & World model? i will try this an see if it worked. = ) I now know what i did wrong, my weapon had a default selected 1st person model for laserpisolUnique. All i did was change that to NONE, and presto! The gun stopped changing back to it's vanilla version. Well thats all i needed.
