All the girls had them, but they are missing in Fallout. How can this be? They were perfectly seen about town paired with your classic poodle skirt. And did I mention the saddle shoes? There's even a picture of a young girl in Fallout wearing them. She's next to the girl in the Statue of Liberty costume. We can cover the lack of Malt Shops in a later posting.
