I've been through Steam, Windows 10 and Task Manager and I cannot find a way to remove a Steam game short of deleting it. I want to keep it in the library but not have it on the hard drive. Thank you. The Rabbit

You could type in TCL, and float your way out. That command turns off CLipping. Otherwise, you need to use the COC command, there's a list of them if you google COC Console Commands for SKyrim One quick google search later... https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=876263631 Used TCL. The cavern is so large I ended up in some strange places trying to get out. I'll experiment with COC again and see where that takes me. Thank you, Register. We'll see.
