Burnagirl
wow seems like every 5 post is one of mine  well now here is a new 1. so when i load fallout 3 everything is good until i try to fast travel of enter a building my game crashes. i use mod and i have FOSE. help me It could be a number of things - have you installed the Mods correctly ? - Try using FOMM package manager to install your mods (wherever it is possible). Also install FO3 edit ... http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=637Have you patched the game to update 1.7 ?Have you "Archive Invalidated" ?What mods are you using ? There a few mods out there that mess with the "cells" I think you call them and cause the game to behave in this way.The reason I ask is because I've had this problem as well - and by either avoiding certain mods or following the above checklist I have reduced my crashes to virtually zero, and I playbetween 3 to 6 hours daily. And it's close to a month now of zero crashes. BossDweebe
i have fose, archieve thingy, FOMM, and i to many mods to count all work fine i turn em all of and still acts this way Simply disabling your mods does not always stop them interacting with the game. This is especially true if a mod is miss-installed.And there are replacer mods that can't be 'turned off' as they have no esp. How long has this issue been going. Roll back your mods to where it started. Uninstall the suspect mods, don't just disable.Obviously having a really huge number of mods is going to stress your system. Especially when high res mods start piling up. I would think that having 'ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated!' would not be necessary if you are using FOMM. You can do the AI with FOMM.In any case use only one.
