Slow motion attacks - by everyone

Hey guys, I've spent a while trying to google this and can only find stuff relating to the shield perk and such.

 

However pretty much every NPC in my game is attacking in slow motion. 2h, 1h, only thing that seems normal is NPCs who dual wield. Even my companion is attacking in slow mo. Setting her av weaponspeedmult to 1.0 fixed her, but I cant do that for every single mob in the game. Help please D:

Is SPERG excluded in ASIS automaticperks.ini?

nope, I added it to see if it helped, now I just crash as soon as i load a game.

Hmm that's bad. The problem you are having with the slow motion is most likely caused by SPERG as the perks from SPeRG are only intended for the player and not for NPC's . Maybe you can try to load an earlier save when the NPC's we're attacking as normal
