So I've gotten annoyed with my spellbook after PSB ing it, is there a console command to empty it or something?

 

(without making a new game that is :P)

console command: player.removespell <FormID>

Of course, you have to find out every spell formID to use it. If you can use OBSE, you can find out FormID with FormID finder or RefScope, or you can use any 'spell delete' mod.

Also, you can delete spells from your save game with Wrye Bash.
