Possible to make the hud significantly smaller? Plus other adjustments?

The hud is too obstructive for my tastes and I was wondering if adjustments could be made through modding. I've looked at the minimalistic huds available on the Nexus but they aren't what I'm looking for.

 

Would it be possible to remove every display except for the HP and stamina? I'd also love to be able to have the HP bar as thin as the stamina bar and have both tucked right up against the top edge of the screen in the corner. Essentially like playing with the hud disabled but whilst also having very thin HP/Stamina bars closer to the top corner.
