Vault 85 Mod (Requesting Help From Others)

I am TredBear, I have been working on this mod for some time now, and I have just about competed the map of Vault 85, I have made the door textures and all, I just need to sharpen the edges.

Vault 85 is supposed to add a new Vault to the game, to explore, and add a new player home. The story of Vault 85 I have not yet some up with.

 

But after the map is complete, I need to start setting up quests and program vendors and doctors, of which I have very little knowledge of how to do, which is why I am seeking out to find others who are willing to help, I am not looking for a giant crew, I just need 1 person to help me with the scripting and making NCP's and such.
