fallout 3 data files dont show up

i have various mods installed for fallout 3 but none of them come up.

in the data files list (in the launcher) usually the main fallout 3 file shows up but that doesnt either. nothing shows at all, ive tried restarting my computer and all that and im pretty sure it has nothing to do with archive invalidation because none of my mods are armor fixes to the best of my knowledge

 

please help.

if you are using Windows7 or Vista

 

and you've installed to the default location

 

then UAC says you don't have the right to mod the game.

 

so either deactivate UAC

 

or uninstall and re-install someplace else.
