It must be something I've done recently, since I've used OOO forever and was finding the things by the truckload. - I don't use MMM- I don't use FCOM- Only large overhaul mods I DO use are Supreme Magicka, COBL and OOO. I'm really, really hoping it's something silly. Yes, I DID use BOSS and still do, normally... but I've had to manually rearrange a couple thigns. And the runeskulls esp is at the end in an attempt to overwrite whichever mod has been removing it from the looting list... without success. bben46 Posted April 24, 2010 Share Posted April 24, 2010 You have to find the skulls. They don't just appear. They are rare and you may have to explore a lot of caves, ruins and forts to find any. They are usually stashed in chests and other containers deep in the ruins. Boss chests are a good possibility. Then when you find one, if it has a power you can't use, you must have a very high mercantile to find a buyer- so you may have a skull worth 5000 Septums that you can't sell when you need the money for something else Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'd normally find about five before hitting level ten; there's typically about one in each gate-realm, based on what others in the comments thread have said. And when I first started using the mod, this was the case for me too. But, in my latest game, I've ransacked hundreds of people, dungeons, gates... But if it is installed last it should overide any other mod that places loot. Unless there is a mod that reduces the value of loot - rune skulls are very high value, especially at lower levels. (general heuristic to load patches after all esp's they refer to) have you dealt with----> Delinquent MASTER: HeartOftheDead.esp Deadly Reflexes is loaded above the Bashed Patch - have you used BOSS?? I rearranged the OOO-cobl patch... and found one other mysterious Item Interchange mod that wasn't merging with the bashed patch for some obscure reason. I'll see now if it works. If that's your BOSS load order then something is wrong. Except for a few mods the Bashed Patch should be at the very bottom.The mods listed beneath it are most likely not recognized ones and you must re-order them yourself above the Bashed Patch. Since you have Runeskulls last in the list it will not work correctly since it should be merged into the Bashed Patch and any changes are being negated by loading it in the wrong place. ie below the Bashed Patch which manages leveled lists. Before I upgraded to FCOM I was using OOO and MMM and Runeskulls and found them on Necromancers, in chests, and other loot. I had same problem..I was never seeing any more Runes from Wyverex's Rune mod or Exnem Rune skulls.until I placed them both dead last in the mod load order.I even tagged Runskulls for import inventory iwhen making the bash patch..
