My Modded Races Arent Showing Up On The Create You Character Menu

What ive done is Ive got the Lycanthrope and Anwolf race MOD and when I go to the create a character screen and choose my race, the Lycanthrope and Anwolf race is not there, ive already checked the box on the data file menu too

Ok, i used the Oblivion Mod manager to install the Anwolf race mod with no problems, looks very Mystic Elf type race, you will need the HGEC body for females and roberts body v.4 or v.5 for males.

Will look at the lycanthrope mod now.

Ok, the Lycanthrope mod will also install just fine with the Oblivion Mod Manager, but this does not add a playable race, you need to get bitten by one in the game, it seems to be a specific one as well, just outside the castle ruins near to Wye, on the road to Chorrol.

Here's a quick how to on using the Oblivion Mod Manager.

Open the Mod Manager and click on Create, then on Add archive in the new box, you will then be asked to select the appropiate file ( mine are always located in a folder i named Oblivion Mods ) simply click on the compressed file and choose ' open ', this will then be automaticly loaded into the Mod Manager, then click on create omod, you will be told you haven't named the author or given it a description, ignore these and just click OK, the mod will then appear in the box on the right, just double click it to activate and thats it :)

Thanks for the Lycanthrope info, where do I download those Body parts for the Anwold race? Links would be nice

Well I did read it but I was liek "...meh It'l probably still work"..thats me being n00bish >.>. Also I did search for the Female one but NOW I know why I cant find it, its 18+ XD Im gonna make a 18+ account nao, I'll message back if I need more help, thanks <3

and btw, I prefer to install my addons manually, I dont like using the Oblivion Mod Manager :l

For some mods like the HGEC body mod you need the Mod Manager as they are designed to be installed using this. I also like to use the manual install method as well, but having the Mod Manager gives you the best of both worlds.

You probably wont see the Anwolf untill you get the correct bodys installed, but i just had a thought, maybe you also need this.

I dont understand 100% how it works, except to say it helps alot to place textures in their proper place when using the Mod manager.

I just opened up Anwolf and manual install seems pretty straight forward, just drop the .esp, the texture folder and the meshes folder into your Oblivion\Data Folder, if you have already done this then it's most definatly an issue with the bodys you need.
