Bella's kiss???

Would any1 happen to know the .cut / .cub name of Bella's kissing cut-scene?

 

Though I am not completely sure if the files are possible to separate from the main files without building a new set of .cut / .cub cut-scenes from scratch :confused:

Funny you should ask, I was just poking around in them earlier. In the toolset for Bella's kiss it's: bella_kiss, bella_kiss_dwarf, and bella_kiss_elf. And they are located in the \Arl Eamon\arl100ar_redcliffe_village\ resource folder.

 

If you're planning one editing them then just check them out to work on them and export them without dependencies. You'll have your bella kiss overrides without having to build from scratch.

I've actually viewed that file before, and it's a royal mess. I'll mention to you now, that Ctrl + mouse for moving the camera angle is your FRIEND. :wink:

I've come to love the ctrol+mouse lately. And have learned that while detrimental, animations are NOT your friend. The more you try to compensate for clipping by adjusting an actor and switching camera angles the worse it looks in the end. >:(

Hehe if you play as a human male try this:

 

In Taurox's "The Pearl Redone - Improved sex scenes" find the files named:

 

pearl_fem_hum_opt_2_2.cub

pearl_fem_hum_opt_2_2.cut

 

Copy them to a new folder and rename them to:

 

bella_kiss.cub

bella_kiss.cut

 

Place them in you override folder and you'll get your well deserved reward for helping Bella xD

 

And ofc as the name applies, you need to get her to kiss you hehe

 

Taurox has allot of awesome cut-scenes in his mod, I have tested most of them to use them with Bella, but this one has the best result xD

It wouldn't be Bella, chances are the NPC resembles her. But it'd be out of place, imo.

 

For the past week I've been working on a single cutscene involving Lucjan and Myaja in the Proving Grounds based off a conversation line, I think you know what I mean. :thumbsup:

 

I'd love to learn a trick to doing the cutscenes well and more quickly. Its a long drawn out pain in the butt lol. I have immense respect for anyone who does cutscene work, especially when it comes down to having two or more characters interact with each other in the same scene.

i usually stick to the same playthrough in redcliff...i help the smith, threaten the priest, pay dwyn then go up and kill lloyd

 

when i try to get a gentlemen's reward as my warrior kisses bella lloyd appears in this jealous-like stance after i threw a knife in his back!!

Its a known bug that appears on the PC version of the game.

it can also happen if he dies during the attack on the village.

Another bug is that if he doesnt die, you may not get your kiss. :verymad:

 

 

Yeah, thats what I thought, that the dummies would have to be directed to other actors for it to work like that.

Oh YES!!! I have HUGE respect for those that do active cutscenes. Particularly Luchaire, who hardly ever gripes about most of the requests that she gets for her mod, especially considering how many hours and hours of work she's put into them. And considering that a high number of them are morrigan requests, and she hates morrigan.

Myself... a looooong time ago, I'd have been ALL like "Hey, take it, or learn how to do it yourself !!!"

I really hate that. Folks who sit there and nitpick and nitpick, or over and over and over going "gimme gimme gimme" when they have absolutely NO idea how much work they are asking for, would take.
