ameranoz
Hello, today I asked myself, while played Old world blues:In NV you can craft new ammo from bullet capsules you get after you shoot your ammo. I belive, the default was 50% of getting a capsule. Is it possible to make a mod, that turns this to 100%? (Or is there already one, didn't found anything) I mean, if you shoot a bullet, theoretically, you can pick up the capsule all the time, and not getting it maybe half of the time you fire weapons. DoctorKaizeld
actually in many cases the bullet casing would get damaged and cant be used anymore, so theoretically you cannot get one hundred percent back. not to mention most dont spend time retracing their steps to find a couple bullet casings. though if you wish to get one after every shot you can increase the percentage using the GECK. MarchUntoTorment
Funnily enough, there's actually an option for this in the GECK.

devinpatterson
It's actually set for each type of ammo. Because I'm lazy (and short on time) I altered the hand loader perk to increase the chance to recover shell casings to 100%. Not tested in game. If you don't have the perk; player.addperk 0016581bif you don't have access to the console let me know and I'll add the perk in a quick quest script. ameranoz
Oh thank you. I don't want to cheat myself a perk, so gonna level up 2 times for the perk.

Understandable, but you might want to save your game, add the perk then test the mod, just to make sure it works. I'd hate for you to go through two levels and find out it it's broken. devinpatterson
Then once you know it's working you can go back to your save and start your progress toward earning the perk.
