A good shield.

Hello tes, once again Crann here.

 

Been looking around for a while, but i can't seem to find a decent shield.

A shield fit for a 'King', or for a 'Dark Lord'.

 

There are lots of great looking blades and blunts, but not matching shield. :S

i.e.: The Vicious Heart, great blade, but it got no shield that matches it. Or similar to it.

 

Maybe an idea for some modders?

Making shields that fit with the blade or blunt.

 

What's your opinion?

I've been looking at mods and in particular, shield effects. You could use the construction set and set ''shield'' to just about anything, and I'd assume a literal shield would be included too. I found this youtube

clip pretty cool as it shows how to access the ''magics'' tab and from there how to make a new ID on a custom item.

This may be something you're interested in. It's designed to be a replacer for Spellbreaker but you could use the meshes and textures to create your own shield in the Construction Set.

I must say though that the spell breaker sword by poop45 + the frostmourne sword by jojjo are a fine combination for a dark king.

 

For a light-side king, maybe the Wrath set from Lost Paladins of the Divines
