Deleted54170User
I hope the youngsters I dealt with today in person (Not any of you) (the one's I had to talk to about getting Modnation Racers ordered), learn, someday, that having fun in my spare time in my old age; instead using my extra time off from fostering a bunch of other people's children, volunteering cash for a bunch of suffering villagers in Haiti, Brazil, or in Timbukktu, ( after I have donated my time or money already), and acting crotchety, is not a sign of Senility.

My free time is earned; and I will spend it my way.

If playing video games, that cause my heart to race and my adrenaline to surge, that gives my old body new vitality, is a sign of immaturity, I apologize to those people, who think like them all over the world, for defeating their idea of what old people should act like in their old age.

At sixty I am past that state of mind where I will submit to the youth, or my own age group, trying to brow beat me out of public places where they take their own chldren. At this stage of life I feel I can act as mature, or immature, as I want to, too. I hope all you who I have endeavored to befriend, knowing some of you I fouled up with royally, will forgive my aging mind, and now, real understanding of how sick I was becoming because of mistakes made in dealing with certain local people.

Forgive and forget is not what I want you to do. Keep plugging away at life from your own center of intelligent life force, and don't let anyone, not even me, throw you off center for long, because it's you whose endeavors made it possible for me to be where I am today.

It is because I volunteered when ever, my health allowed, I could that I feel I found myself here and I'm not leaving anybody alone for long I can mingle, tangle, and chat with briefly on Earth, who I can share attention with until the grim reaper takes my soul, i.e., if that story about the grim reaper isn't just another child story to scare me to stay in bed.

I want to learn my lessons that nature intended to subject me to, even if it means getting a late start at enjoying life instead of being all Work and No play made Pagafyr a dull, mindlessly boggling, and sometimes eradicate stupid person.

If I offend anyone while behaving like an idiot at times here, watch me carefully, as it may be, that some day, I might actually be acting, and then one day, not be acting. Then and only then, will it be necessary to have me put into the retirement home. Then, I will fit right into the daily activity of moaning and groaning in harmony with the other 80 year old people, who finally gave up feeling young, and are corralled, waiting for the polar express to take us to the ice house so we don't stink up the rest of the world. Until that day comes I will be at the wall of orders suggesting how old people should act.

Phew!

I just had to get that off my chest...

(Ding! ) Old men need love too!

WOW! I may never EDIT another post of mine again, if this keeps happening. All I did was put a space after the wall bash emoticon, AND BAM! The Whole post went nude HTML. katashy
Good for you Pagafyr. That's the most intelligent thing I've heard in a very long time.
