I think you didn't get my point correctly.I don't want my character to be nude nor scarcely clothed.I just want appropriate, normal-looking and non-slutty underwear in the base texture of Type3 female, hence the request.... that is NOT nude, it's quite the contrary in fact. There won't be a buildable house, however, there shall be things you can use that are carried around by your brahmin, like sheet metal sticking out of the ground and lamps and such. I've also always thought a mod that made use of all the useless clutter would be good. Sort of a scavenger hunt mod. Collect 20 clipboards and 10 pencils for a mystery prize.
