Pipboy radio not working except when people talk. Help/suggestions appreciated![Emergency] (Windows 8)

Hi guys, I've recently fixed my load-order problem & finally got a pretty nice mod setup going with almost solid 55-60 fps outside and 60 rock solid indoors, but the only problem I'm having is that the pipboy radio won't play music? It'll play when people talk such as " Mr New Vegas " talking about gibberish but as soon as he introduces the song that is coming up it's just dead silence when it's supposed to be playing. However I can hear music coming from Jukeboxes/radios that are fixed objects so it's only my "handheld" radio that is glitching out. Suggestions? Here's my specs/load-order/INI files, however this isn't a mod problem 99.99% as it's a clean install and it's a perfectly working mod-list and there aren't any "bad mods" here as I've had other professional modders help me out. Answers are very appreciated & I will always respond within minutes  <3.

Best regards, Otto/Murky, thanks for helping!

PS, I ranked this as an emergency because I think a lot of people are suffering from this but a lot of people don't know what to do about it as there's no help to be found on google. PS I'm using Windows 8 so codec stuff really won't help. (However I'm gonna try Kodec-Light)

EDIT SOLVED! READ COMMENT!

Okay, so I managed to fix the problem! Tried many different things, including re-installing audio drivers, manually installing the AC3Filter and tweaking some settings in there (as suggested by someone with the same problem on another forum), but none of it worked. I had also tried installing the K-lite codec pack, like you suggested, but it made absolutely no difference... until my friend noticed I was actually missing something from that pack.

Turns out there are some important differences between which pack you get, ranging from Basic, Standard, Full and Mega. I first got the Basic pack, because it includes the most common stuff for playing audio and video. Apparently that was not enough, but after changing to the Full pack, it started working! We believe it's the ffdshow audio decoder that made the difference, which is not included in the lesser packs.

So, for anyone else with the same problem, go to this link (http://codecguide.com/download_kl.htm), then download and install the Full pack. Hope it helps!

I think I have posted to about 20 forums in my life where after a day or a week I figured out what was wrong and answered my own post to help future people. it is always kind of a bummer. especially when you see that like 50 people read your post, and that your problem was not something found in a search of forum.

I really don't know where else to turn to, but I have the same problem, the music on my pit boy won't play no matter what I try, I upgraded these codex to Full version and it still won't play, I'm even messing with the Media Players settings but.. nothing. And before any one asks my PC rig can handle it... it has to do something with the codex but I haven't the faintest idea what it may be.
