Crashing after random periods of time and around Solitude

I've been having a lot of issues with my Skyrim doing a CTD after small amouts of playtime (ranging from 5 minutes to 15) and its a lot more frequent around Solitude and i believe that it is one of my mods causing it yet i dont know which one since none of them do anything near Solitude and they shouldn't be conflicting at all.

Please help if you could help me determine what the issue is.

Don't see anything in there that could cause it. How full are your harddrives, do you use the latest SKSE, what are your memory settings, have you tried the unofficial skyrim patches?
