"You could buy them separatley... or buy a pack of the stuff. The pack has about four days of supplies, including rope and a couple of torches, for 15 gold. Its a lot cheaper that way I would think." The man at the counter tells Simaefura.

After an hour or so of walking, Alenee finds a road. Cobblestone, but hard too see with the sand blown over it. It is leading southwards, away from Oasis, towards the small fishing town with the ferry.

"Hmm, this might be just what I need," Alenee says to herself as she reaches the road. She consults her map for a moment to be sure of her directions, then follows the road south. The thought of easier travel boosts her spirits a bit, and some of the depression fades, if just briefly.

Alenee whispers a brief thanks to Yabeth for the lack of damage from this latest incident, then wraps the blade even tighter to contain any future smoke. Though the blade obviously wants her dead, she feels that the risk is a necessary one in case the evidence is needed in the future. For now, at least.... though she is already planning the blade's destruction in many creative ways. With a laugh at her latest method of destroying it, she heads off down the road again.

A few hours later Alenee reaches the Ferry town. It is basically 5 huts, a small inn, and a dock with a ferryboat next to it. There is a sign saying the next departure will be in tommorow at eight a.m. The sun finally sinks down behind the mountain range. It is eight p.m.

Noticing that she will be spending the night here, Alenee walks back out of town. A few minuites walk later, she spots what she is looking for, a pile of rocks concealed on the back side of a hill. After a quick glance around to make sure there is nobody watching, she places the vampire sword into a hole, then piles a few small rocks to cover all trace of it. A long duration invisibility spell on the sword completes her job. "You won't be causing any more trouble tonight..." she says quietly, but with absolute hatred. Satisfied the sword is safely out of the way, she walks back to town.

Not wasting any time with the rest of town, she heads straight for the inn. Inside, she walks over to someone who looks like the owner. "I would like a room for the night, and a meal if its not too late."
