Looking for only one mod, but an important one!

but I would REALLY appreciate it if someone could put me on the path to a mod that will allow me to add the "magical bag of holding" ability to my character. I know the arguments against this, but in all the games that I've played where this restriction is touted as adding to the reality of the gameplay I find that it also adds a LOT of frustration.

For example, I cleared out Fort Wooden Hand last night/morning and it took at least 3 or 4 trips back and forth to get all the items worth selling. I REALLY dislike this kind of tedious backtracking, especially when I can't Fast Travel within the dungeon.

I use a similar mod in Fallout 3 that greatly increases my weight limit, and it's made that game so much more enjoyable now that I know I won't have trudge down the same paths over and over just to make some extra cash.

I downloaded a rar file from another forum (NoEncumbrance.rar) but I don't know how to use mods. Will this one do what I want? If so, what are the steps for applying it? Be advised that I have ZERO experience with modding in Oblivion, so don't leave out anything, no matter how obvious!

Thanks very much for all your kind and informative replies to my previous inquiries!

there are 2 other options I use, one is Midas Spells of Aurum

Midas will give you a lot of spells that look cool and 1 to summon a pack to hold items in, also you can summon Midas who will be a summonable vendor

2nd is Armamentarium Complete

for this you can open a magic chest that already contains a bunch of armor and weapons and you can as much as you want to it
