General Oliver cannot be killed

yeah, if a saved game is messed up there is not a lot you can do.

 

the one thing I can think of is complete quest.

 

you did not say which quest you were on

 

 

 

00154233 No Gods, No Masters

00154234 All or Nothing

00137ab9 Veni, Vidi, Vici

 

 

pick which quest you are on, and type the number:

 

• completequest <QuestID> - Completes the given quest.

this will end the quest. pretty much the game is done at this point. so it might kick you into the ending screens.

You are currently on the quest Veni, Vidi, Vici. Since you cannot kill Oliver and using kill command won't work, I suggest this

 

Open console and type in setstage 00137ab9 30. It should set the current quest stage completed, and allow you to play through the rest of the quest stages properly. This should fix your issue.
