LHammonds
Did you add any verticies? Looks like you might have weight-painting issues.

LHammonds
What is the "CoD" mod and what are the problems that you are trying to fix? I don't have a point of reference for what you are trying to accomplish. Then again, it may be because I don't mod for Fallout 3 but I do know enough to be dangerous in Blender. The screenshot seems to look like stretched (blown up) verts related to weight-painting issues. If you have the model with the skeleton loaded up in Blender, select the skeleton and go into Pose mode. Be careful not to save anything you do and grab a bone and press R twice to rotate it freely around and see if the mesh moves along with it in a reasonable manner. Do this with several key bones such as the upper arm, lower arm, spine, etc. What you are looking for while doing this are sections of the mesh that seem stuck in mid-air and completely unaffected by the bone movement when it seems like it should. AlexxEG
I found the problem. I had to use the "Make Skin Partition" on the new parts^^
