FNV 4gb installed and still crashing with "out of memory" notice

So I have FNV 4gb installed but i am still having crashes saying that i am out of memory when i actually use less than 2gb. My drivers are up to date and i don't have many mods. I have seen other threads on this topic before but I am still puzzled as to how I am to fix this. I'm not extremely knowledgeable when it comes to computers and such but I am not too bad with them. Please help, this is really annoying. I posted this before but i believe it was in the from thread.

I don't use any texture packs and so far i have only crashed inside. Sometimes the game slows down a bit before the crash so i atleast know something is going to happen but sometimes there is no warning.
