Tomlong54210
How are you installing mods? That problem is usually the result of using cosmetic mods that use different eye meshes. In order to make sure your mods are uninstalled, delete the Meshes and Textures folder in your data folder. Edit: LINK <-- this might help

Edit: LINK <-- this might help hello i can shed some light on this for you. i had the same problem tomlong is right, its to do with an eye mod you would have installed previously. its when the mesh and the textures are different, it just changed the shape of the eye so the texture doesnt appear correctly
BlackerrR
I had this problem too...I was using Beautiful People and Elaborate Eyes, I tried BOSS and manual load ordering, but doesn't work for me. I fixed it by simply disabling them both, unfortunately. Try without those two .esp-s (if you're using them). If you're not using one or both of these two mods, try something different. Ironic solution could be to install them again !! First Beautiful People then Elaborate Eyes, one of them should work, since they replace a lot. This is how I fixed it (don't laugh)...

There are two main eye meshes widely-used among cosmetic mods, the EE-mesh and the vanilla mesh. Many users make the mistake of using mods that use both. It is also common to use multiple cosmetic mods that alter the vanilla races. That causes problems too (which would happen if you are running both Elaborate Eyes and BP.) Messing around with your load order will not fix that installation error.

And thank you, Tomlong54210 for reminding me that I should not offer solutions like this, since it can 'force' you to reinstall whole game. Use this at your own risk if you're really desperate like I was.
