TheMuffinOfEvil Posted May 6, 2010 Share Posted May 6, 2010 Ive searched through the mods pretty well but cant seem to find a mod that would let me build a character without leveling or give infinite perk points for experimenting with the many perk packs available, does such a mod exist and I am just not finding it?
