Installed FOOK2 with WeaponModKit and the FOIP but it has removed almost all of my ammo files. So when ever I shoot a gun it creates a giant red exclmation point

Used LOOT to try and fix load orders and it gave me

Fallout3.esm
StreetLights.esm
Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.esm
CALIBR.esm
FOOK2 - Main.ESM
CRAFT.esm
CALIBRxMerchant.esp
CRAFT - Activation Perk.esp
FOOK2 - Main.esp
Fellout-Full.esp
WeaponModKits.esp
FOOK2 - Main [Hotfix].esp
DarNifiedUIF3.esp
Stealthboy Recon Armor - CRAFT.esp
WeaponModKits - FOOK.esp
WeaponModKits - BrokenSteel.esp
WeaponModKits - Zeta.esp
WeaponModKits - OperationAnchorage.esp
WeaponModKits - ThePitt.esp
WMKAA12Shotgun.esp
WeaponModKits - PointLookout.esp
Total active plugins: 21
Total plugins: 29
Which still gives me the same errors firing guns.
LOOT also says that FOOK2 1.2 is not the most up to date file but I according to the Nexus site it is the most current file

I am surprised the game will even start, given the missing master files.

You don't show having any of the DLCs, so you should disable and uninstall the WMK plugins.

Are you certain that the FOIP patch is for the version of WMK and FOOK that you have.

You could always manually reinstall the texture files.

What you need to do, is disable all your mods. Start the game and make a save. Load Calibr and Craft, enter the game and check that everything is ok. Make a save. Then add your mods one at a time, checking in the game until the problem shows up again. The last mod you loaded will be the one causing the problem.

About the master files, you had compatibility patches for WMK and the DLCs, yet you did not have the DLCs. They would have been the masters.

Figured out my stupid, when I installed FOOK2 and the hotfix I told the hotfix to update not install as normal....
