Looking for a mod that changes Magicka/Health/Stamina mechanics.

Looking for a mod that change the behavior of how magicka/heath/stamina work.

 

What I'm looking for:

 

1. Larger starting stamina cap and magicka cap (talking like 500+)

2. Stamina, Health and Magicka do not regenerate on their own.

3. Stamina can only be replenished with rest and food but no potions.

4. Magicka can only be replenshed at the cost of stamina through either a spell and/or power.

5. Health can only be replenished with potions/rest/magicka

6. Magicka can be used for normal spells or spells/powers that augment the player physically at the cost of a constant drain.

 

Examples of the physical augmentation spells/power would be anything that increases attack speed, attack damage, movement speed, carry weight or health regeneration rate. The greater the magnitude of the spell/power and/or the more effects of the spell/power the greater the constant drain on avaliable magicka pool.

 

Basically my goal is to make more use of the Magicka bar while playing a traditionally physical class. Any similar mods would be helpful or advice on what I should look for in the creation kit.
