tibel Posted May 7, 2010 Share Posted May 7, 2010 Reinstalled Fallout3 and downloaded a slew of mods. I started up the game and once I make it outside I am confronted by a Jacko Mercenary. I have never seen these guys before and they are extremely overpowered for 1st level.
