Just get a hair pack (Mikoto's or Lings), something in one of those should be close enough to satisfy you. As for the face preset... Try making it yourself. It is easily possible for you do do that without having someone make an esp (or game save) custom for you. There are plenty of beauty mods to help this kind of thing. I have a save that I use just for experimenting with creating characters. With that said... The armor is a task that will require a real mod. People may be hesitant to do it however, because it is an asset from another game they will need to make the textures and meshes from scratch. I wouldn't hold your breath on getting it, unless an experienced mod maker takes interests in this request.
