LE Trouble finding the right Player Homes

Hiya. I'm trying to find a couple player homes for different characters.

 

For the first one, I'm trying to find a small/medium hunter's home for a wood elf hunter, that isn't real elaborate but has all the essential crafting stations. Also I'd love to have things like shrines, mask and claw displays, Hearthfire elements, a couple mannequins and some weapon displays. But I don't need room for more than one follower and don't need room for any kids. It'd be great if it were upgradable over time but that's not so important.

 

One of my favorite hunter homes is http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9288/ but it's just too small for later game play.

I like http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14308 but it's just a bit over the top.

I'm currently using and really like http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33661 but it's still a little too much for this character.

I really like http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49892/ but it's in the wrong location, I'd like it to be somewhere in the Whiterun/Riverwood area.

 

And for the second I'm looking for an upgrade to Hjerim for a nord stormcloak warrior. I'd like to have all the essential crafting stations in Hjerim plus room for followers and kids, something compatible with Multiple Adoptions. Also with shrines, mask and claw displays, Hearthfire elements, a couple mannequins and some weapon displays, etc.

 

I really like http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44807 but I wasn't sure if it'd work with Multiple Adoptions.

For a small/medium sized Whiterun/Riverood “starter” home for the nature-loving character that does not have too many followers, I like the Dovahkiin Retreat mod. It is a one-room cabin on the White River (that flows from Riverwood) next to some waterfalls with a great view of Whiterun. It also has all the crafting stations, though they are located outdoors. The cabin is accessed from a rope bridge that spans the river from the road that runs between the two towns. In additon, if you search the mods with a name “lodge”, I see quite a few that might suit your needs in the area you are looking for or nearby Lake Illinata.
