I think this list should be most easy to work with. Perfect for just starting out on how to learn how to take mods off the shelf, then fix them all to work together. For one thing you should follow the old rules of load orders to start out with. Most of these mods the order doesn't matter, but putting them into groups of what they actually are is the good idea. Guns with Guns, armor with armor, perks with perks an so on. It's basicly the same amount of data contained inside FOOK2 or any other "Overhawl" mod which would take about 3 days to fix or 24 hours spent inside FO3edit Give or take depending on how well these mods in particular work together in a load order. It could be the case they work so well that it only takes 4 hours to fix.

The surefire way to make a load order build like this would be to only install them a few at a time, then check it in FO3edit, merge patch it, master update it, and then spend time testing it having fun playing fallout 3. Then remove the master update, delete the merge patch, delete the save games, install more mods an then start the process again until you don't want stuff anymore. When it's setup like this then it's not so bad that you spend some time fixing it because you get lots of gameplay. Dumping them all together in a install ends up with a dump game, because if you have a problem there's 200 mods that can cause it.

The problem that you have now is that your game went corupt for one reason or the other which got locked into your save game, but we already knew that. Because of the simple nature of these mods, meaning they are not very huge complex overhawls, they are most easy to work with when it comes to building a 100% problem free game. I suggest that you either merge patch it, master update it an keep using it or start over.

You can maybe save the corupted save game causing the problem, which was mentioned above in that long boring post I did. Me I just start over when this happends, because in the long run I want to learn how to make fallout builds where the problem never happends which is directly related to how much time you spend planing it, building it, fixing it.

Still don't want to man up an put the dirty work in, well BOSS Might fix some of the issues the easy way, it's a auto sorter, but yer best bet is to man up.
