Constant Out of Memory Crashing

I am having a problem playing fallout for more than 30 seconds to 5 minutes without getting an out of memory freeze/crash. I have New Vegas Stutter Remover, BOSS, a merge patch, New Vegas Anti-Crash, I use razer game booster.
I have tried:
- Uninstalling all my mods, reinstalling all of them properly, running BOSS, making a merge patch, and creating a new fresh save

I made the mistake of keeping all of the following checked even though I have all the DLCs and GRA

[ ] EVE FNV - NO DLC.esp

[ ] EVE FNV - NO GRA.esp

[ ] Project Nevada - EVE No DLC.esp
[ ] Project Nevada - EVE No GRA.esp

I created a save like that and a merge patch (the first unchecked one) and started a save. I realized that was not supposed to be like that so I unchecked those esps that didn't belong, unchecked my old merge patch, made a new one, and put it into the existing save.

I'm still having crashes frequently, but not always, when:
- Opening doors to new cells
- Walking into scripted random events (ex: Legion patrol spawning)
- Engaging in combat
- Fast traveling

If anyone has any ideas on what I should do to fix this that'd be very great.

I don't have a lot of money so my computer isn't all that great, I'm not sure if it's crashing because my computer can't handle the scripts/graphics/etc that its running. I do get around a solid 22 - 35 fps, but a pretty shitty 7 - 15 fps around woods. I've got an integrated graphics card on a windows 8.1 computer, i5 processor, 6gb ram and this should tell you the rest:

Theories on what's wrong:
1) Like stated before, too crappy computer to handle the mods
2) All my bug fix mods might be overlapping causing crashes (ex: NVR3, YUP, New vegas anti crash, etc...)
3) Installing those extra esps in the beginning and then unchecking them screwed something up

Have you ever ran a test of your RAM? It could be possible that you have a bad RAM stick.

You have this compatibility patch active [x] Project Nevada - EVE All DLC.esp and I don't see EVE in your load order.

 

You also have some redundant files, ie: [x] WME - GRA.esm [x] WME - DLCs.esm. To my knowledge, Gun Runners Arsenal is a DLC.

@RoyBatterian I know most people look down upon what I'm about to tell you, but I have a good reason. I did several Fallout NV playthroughs on the xBox before my Fallout disk broke, so I bought another one. Then I heard of this magical thing called PC gaming so I tried that. Steam causes some horrible problems for my computer and I didn't have the money to buy Fallout for the 3rd time only to not be able to play it because of crashes. So yes, I pirated it. I completely support Bethseda and I've bought: Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3, and Fallout NV (twice) all for the xBox, I just didn't have the money this time for a 3rd purchase of Fallout NV. And as you're aware, the 4gb patch won't work for non-steam versions, I've tried. Thanks for the suggestion though.

@M48A5:
- I tested my ram like the guide you linked me suggested, no problems with the RAM. I've played through Fallout and Skyrim on the computer w/ no problems before so I think it's something wrong on my end.

- I think because EVE is probably loose files and just modifies textures and sounds that it isn't shown in the load order. I have other texture editors like high res clothing textures, high res gun textures, high res blood textures, and they don't show in my load order either. Though I do have proof that it is installed:

- The author of WME made the WME - DLCs.esm before GRA came out and then he made the GRA one when that came out, look:

It says "four main DLCs" in the description, which I'm assuming are Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Lonesome Road, and Old World Blues

Personally the redundancy I'm worried about is all the WME - GRA files. One of them says WME - GRA complete. I'm not sure what to uncheck and what to leave checked.
