Bow Zoom Not Working

My bow zoom was working and now its not anyone have this problem or know what causes it? is there a way to rest it manually?

I am guessing this is a mod because I have not ever had bow zoom...

there is a "Pirate" (theme) mod that has an item

 

IIRC a monocle

 

that can cause this.

 

Obviously its caused by a muddy script.

You get this in the vanilla game at Journeyman Marksman level. Press the right mouse button and you get the ability to zoom in.

Maybe the zoom is disabled in the ini

-Go to "Documents\My Games\Oblivion\" folder

-Open "Oblivion.ini"

-Check this line:

bEnableBowZoom

-If it's set to 0 then change it to 1:

bEnableBowZoom=1

Anything that drops your marksman ability below the threshold can cause it to be lost. Most likely is a magic item that you have discarded or a magic ability that has been changed. A mod may change the threshold, a disease (although I don't know of any disease that affects marksman ability)

Well...that shows how much I play the game. I am not sure I have put over one hundred hours into a profile since 2007...Actually, I think I did, once... That is really cool. Hopefully, I get a chance to use the bow zoom this summer. Thanks.
