Minigun likes to stay in hand

So yeah I got myself a pretty minigun equip it fire off a few rounds at some momod beasties holster weapon and enter 3rd person to low and behold the minigun attached to my wrist. Not sure the terms to search for tried a couple but either to many non-relevant posts or nothing at all. So is there a fix for this? There are no mod conflicts with the mods that include minigun in there tweaks other then sound file.
