DariusMoranda
So,I am making a public pool in the exterior cell.So I lowered the ground level, and tweaked it.But the level of water is way down from the pool bottom... So,what then?To lower the whole cell just to make one pool? That's insane,is there a way to mess with the water level, maybe to raise it somehow?Because the people who will swim in there eventually would need to jump from a pretty high position, and when they finish with their swimming, they wouldn't be able to get out of it! Moranda
Tomlong54210
I am not quite sure what your problem is, but have you tried looking at another mod that adds a pool, such as the Romancing of Eyja or the Thermae Bath Mod (which is probably the simpler of the two)? razorpony
In your cell view window, right click the name of the cell you're working on, then select edit. There will be a checkbox that says 'Has Water' and a box where you can type in the height of the water in the cell. Just make sure your pool is the lowest part of the cell or other things may be under water. -Razorpony
DariusMoranda
I am not quite sure what your problem is, but have you tried looking at another mod that adds a pool, such as the Romancing of Eyja or the Thermae Bath Mod (which is probably the simpler of the two)? I did had Romancing Of Eiya, and I remember that the pool was pretty low in the basement,I guess it was set like that on purpose,as the water thing seems to be touchy. I do have Aranmathi for quite some time, and I just checked it out.The thing is,it seems that it is much more simple to add it in the interior cells, rather then in exterior. My pool is in exterior cell, and it is close the the beach as well,I don't thin it is going to work that easily. I'll see what I can do about it. Thanks for the help, mate.

And it's touchy to poke around exterior cells,as when I move the view,it jumps out from the desired cell all the time.I've learned one valuable thing in my short and poor modding career. Clicking stuff in CS is touchy as operating on a nuclear reactor. One single mistake, and holla! It's gonna blow up and say hello to rebuilding.I mean,I save all the time, but hell,we made here a whole new city,6 forts,3 tombs, and who knows what else.I ain't really keen to start over anything anymore, lol. If I succed by some miracle with the public pool, then woohoo. If not,I will make a static water mash pool, and it's gonna serve as a decoration,at least. But I really want one,as I intend to breath full life into this city, something which was never done before, full schedule, activities everywhere, for the people who will play it to feel comfortable and good, like at home,in a prety fun and warped community.I made tournament ground, barbicue and roast camps, animals everywhere, all positive looking, benches around the fountain, piano in front of the inn, etc.I will make a carneval if I get mad enough. Pool first, though. Thanks again for the help, brother and kudos to ya.
AmpolX
If its a depth judge problem for your water pools then use this tip: Place a single object on a flat cell (or the height of the desired water pool) and use its Zcoordinate data as a reference to the height of water that cell should have. Now if your trying to line up your pool with Lake Rumare then just use whatever lake rumare cell's water height data for your pool. Really, what you're describing is not even a flaw with the CS. Sometimes the CS just gets a bit touchy. A quick save, exit and program start again can fix things quite easily.
razorpony
In that case, the thing to do would be examine one of the Unique Landscapes mods. They have multi-leveled streams, lakes and waterfalls all over the place... although I don't really know how they do it. That's where I'd start, though. -Razorpony
