A nude staff?

I've been thinking about a mod (maybe a staff?) which removes clothes - taking advantage of your nude body mod. There's a very good nude spell but I was thinking for one which could suddenly put clothes back on at the press of a previously unassigned button, if your Mum or Dad walked into the room. Would that be possible?

 

I'd like the mod to remove just the shirt and pants (or cuirass and greaves) of friendly people, (or all the clothing would do, actually that would probably be better) and to resurrect the dead naked and looted bodies of bandits, necromancers and other enemies (resurrect 1) lowering their aggression so they won't attack you again, (but not too low to defend themselves) and increasing their disposition towards the player to 100.

 

Would all that be possible? A staff would be nice, but a spell would do. And it would save me from doing lots of typing, (resurrect 1, moddisposition player 100, setav aggression 5, removeallitems etc etc etc)

 

If the staff were able to check if the target is male or female, and ignore the males, that would be good, and if it were able to check whether the target is friendly or an enemy, and ignore the disposition and aggression of the friendly ones, that would be good too.
