I googled to NO avail...Need help getting Broken Steel to Load

After a whole day of trying to get this to work...I must kindly ask for aid...First of all, I get a CTD after the movie in Project Purity (no spoiler) and broken Steel should start it crashes. I am updated to 1.7 and have tried the FO3Edit change to master update. Please look at my load order:

when you are having load order concerns

 

first

 

run the load order

 

through BOSS

 

(Found on FO3nexus)

 

then triple check your multiple mods (ones with many esp's associated) for conflicting activations.

I got the following and deactivated everything unknown..still crashes? Thoughts? Btw thanks for the response:
