FOMM save game help

how do i make it so i can play my saves on fomm because my saves are not there

FOMM (Fallout Mod Manager), the key words being mod manager, does not maintain game saves. That is a function of the game. They are usually kept in "Documents/My Games/Fallout3/Saves".
